"I was insured through this company from May 2024 to November 2025. I ultimately ended up switching to a different insurer because the monthly bill became a bit too pricey for me at the moment. That said, I will honestly say they took excellent care of me the entire time I was with them. When my car was totaled after someone ran a stop sign and T-boned me, they handled everything smoothly. They fully paid off the remainder of my vehicle loan, and I even got a bit extra to put toward a new car. Filing a claim was incredibly easy—I did the whole process online. From the day of the accident to the final payout, everything was wrapped up in about 2–3 weeks, including the inspection and settlement. I stayed insured with them up until November 2025 and only left due to the cost. I do plan on going back to State Farm at some point because the service I received was genuinely great. I’d confidently recommend them 10/10, especially for young drivers starting out. Quick claims, clear communication, and overall really solid customer service—just a little pricey for me right now."
